We arrange aircraft; we do not operate them. The operator holds operational control of the aircraft and responsibility for the conduct of every flight. Our role is to identify the right operator for your trip, vet them rigorously, and stay with the details throughout. Safety is considered for every flight, not assumed.

Operator vetting

Every operator we work with holds a valid EASA AOC (Air Operator Certificate). Before each departure we confirm the operator’s certification, insurance cover, crew currency and aircraft serviceability. We are a broker: the operator is accountable for the operation; our job is to verify, on your behalf, that the operator and aircraft are fit for the flight.

  • EASA AOC-certified operators only. We source aircraft exclusively from operators holding a current Air Operator Certificate, confirmed before every contract.
  • Insurance verified. Liability and passenger coverage reviewed against the requirements of your route.
  • Crew currency confirmed. Type rating and recency checks for the assigned crew, every departure.
  • Aircraft serviceability. Maintenance status reviewed at booking and confirmed airworthy on the day of departure.

Per-mission standards

Different missions carry different demands. We hold each to the standard it requires.

Air ambulance

Medical flights are arranged with specialist air ambulance operators and their clinical teams, who hold responsibility for the medical care and the operation of the aircraft. The aircraft we arrange carry hospital-grade equipment appropriate to the mission, and each flight is staffed for the patient’s needs — typically a flight physician and a critical-care nurse or paramedic, all trained in flight physiology. Receiving-facility readiness is confirmed in writing before take-off; no transfer departs without a confirmed bed.

Helicopter

Where a route crosses water or demanding terrain, we recommend twin-engine aircraft and experienced crews. Pilots assigned must have prior experience with the route and landing sites, and both origin and destination helipads are assessed for surface, approach and obstructions before contract. The operator retains final go/no-go authority; we coordinate alternatives — staging, reschedule, or a fixed-wing fallback — when weather does not permit.

Accreditation status

We hold no ARGUS or Wyvern rating yet — third-party safety accreditation is in application. We would rather state our position plainly than imply a standing we have not yet earned. What we can stand behind today is the vetting above, applied to every flight.
