The Bombardier Challenger 350, Embraer Praetor 600 and Gulfstream G280 are the super-midsize class’s strongest performers. All three give you a stand-up cabin, a proper galley and the legs for the longer European and transatlantic-edge sectors. The differences are real but fine.

Challenger 350

The widest cabin of the three and a flat floor — the Challenger 350 is the comfort benchmark of the class and the one we place most. If cabin width and a settled ride matter most, it is the default choice.

Praetor 600

The Praetor 600 has the longest range of the three and a quiet, modern cabin with full fly-by-wire. For the longest sectors in the class — well into transatlantic territory — it pulls ahead.

Gulfstream G280

The G280 climbs and cruises hard and has excellent short-field numbers for its size, opening up airports the others may not reach. For speed and airport flexibility it is the pick.

The verdict

Cabin width: Challenger 350. Outright range: Praetor 600. Speed and airport access: G280. All three are arranged through verified operators — tell us the route and we confirm which is the best-priced fit.
