A private jet to or from Poland costs roughly €2,500 to €11,000 per flight hour for most light-to-heavy aircraft, with whole-aircraft “from” prices such as Łódź or Warsaw to London around €15,000–€16,500 one-way and Łódź to Geneva from about €12,000. The figure covers the aircraft, not a seat, and we itemise positioning, handling, catering and taxes before you commit. Jet Supply is based in Łódź, so we arrange these routes from our own doorstep.

What is included, and what is extra

Our quotes are for the whole aircraft. The “from” figure covers the jet and crew; the complete price also reflects positioning to your departure airport, landing and handling at both ends, catering, crew costs and applicable taxes. In the EU, VAT treatment of private charter differs from the US Federal Excise Tax model you will see quoted on American sites — we set out the position that applies to your specific route rather than copying a US figure.

How to lower the cost

  • Fly one-way when you can — you avoid paying for the aircraft’s return.
  • Ask about empty legs from Poland — repositioning flights out of Warsaw, Kraków or Łódź can save 25–75% when the timing fits.
  • Right-size the jet — for most sectors from Poland a light or super-light aircraft is correctly matched to the trip.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a private jet to or from Poland cost?

A private jet to or from Poland costs roughly €2,500 to €11,000 per flight hour depending on the aircraft class. As whole-aircraft ‘from’ prices for popular sectors: Łódź or Warsaw to London is about €15,000-€16,500 one-way, Łódź to Paris from around €13,000, and Łódź to Geneva from about €12,000. The figure covers the whole aircraft rather than a seat, and the final price reflects positioning, the destination’s landing and handling, catering and lead time — all itemised before you commit. We are based in Łódź, so we arrange these routes from our own doorstep.

Are your prices per seat or for the whole aircraft?

For the whole aircraft. The figure is the same whether one person flies or the cabin is full, and you share the jet only with your own party. For a group leaving Poland together — to London, Paris, Geneva or the Mediterranean — that whole-aircraft price split across the party often compares well with business or first-class tickets, while giving you departure on your own schedule from a Polish airport close to you. We quote one clear euro price for the aircraft and itinerary, with every additional cost set out in full.

Which Polish airports do you fly from?

We arrange departures from any suitable airport in Poland, most often Łódź Władysław Reymont (EPLL), Warsaw Chopin (EPWA), Kraków (EPKK) and Gdańsk (EPGD). Being based in Łódź, we know EPLL and its handling well and can arrange flights from there at short notice, which spares you the drive to Warsaw. For each trip we recommend the departure airport that saves you the most time on the ground, and we handle the slots and ground handling at both ends. Tell us where you are starting from and we will route it accordingly.

Is VAT included in the price?

We set out the applicable tax position for your specific route before you commit. In the EU, the VAT treatment of private charter differs from the US Federal Excise Tax model you will see quoted on American broker sites, and it depends on the routing — domestic, intra-EU or international. Rather than copy a generic figure, we quote the position that genuinely applies to your trip and show it as a clear line in the itemised quote. There is nothing in the price you have not seen, and we are happy to explain how the tax is calculated for your particular itinerary.

Can I save with an empty leg from Poland?

Often, yes. Empty-leg flights are repositioning sectors an aircraft is already flying without passengers — when one is heading in your direction from Warsaw, Kraków or Łódź and the timing fits your plans, the saving can be 25-75% below the standard charter rate. The trade-off is flexibility: empty legs run on fixed routes and departure windows, and they are one-way, so you would arrange the return separately. If your dates are adaptable we will watch for a suitable empty leg out of Poland and flag it; if not, we quote a standard charter sized to your trip.
