DWC is the easy answer to a constrained question: slots at Dubai International are scarce, so business aviation has its own airport instead. There is no slot coordination, no curfew, and landing permissions are handled routinely by the FBO. Arrivals are cleared inside the FBO terminal itself, and tarmac transfers are the norm rather than the exception. The trade-off is geography: allow 35 to 45 minutes to the Marina or Downtown, a little more in evening traffic.
