Name
Executive Aviation Terminal — Sky Valet & Aviapartner; ExecuJet and Jetex also on field

Notes

Schengen airport with customs and immigration available through the Executive Terminal — non-Schengen arrivals (UK, Switzerland) clear on site.

Ibiza runs a dedicated Executive Aviation Terminal away from the holiday crowds, operates around the clock in summer, and hides one rule that separates well-planned charters from improvised ones: in season, bigger jets need their parking approved before they can even hold a slot.

Chartering to Ibiza

The island is fully slot-coordinated in summer, and from May to mid-October any aircraft with a wingspan over 18 metres planning to stay more than three hours must have a parking stand authorised first — the slot is conditional on it. In practice that shapes aircraft choice: our London to Ibiza and Paris to Ibiza lanes — from €15,500 and €13,000 all-in — fly on super light jets that sit below the threshold and keep options open. When a larger cabin is the right call, the aircraft often drops and repositions to Palma or Valencia between legs, and we price that honestly up front.

July and August weekends want slots booked weeks ahead. Winter is the opposite story: quiet, with the airport open 07:30 to midnight and extensions available on an hour’s notice.

Facilities

The Executive Terminal — run jointly by Sky Valet and Aviapartner — handles arrivals with its own lounges and passport control; the ride into Ibiza Town takes about ten minutes. Worth knowing: there is no hangarage and no de-icing on the island, which matters only in the rare cold snap.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a private jet to Ibiza?

From €13,000 all-in from Paris and €15,500 from London on super light jets — indicative from-prices on our block-hour model.

Why do larger jets complicate an Ibiza summer booking?

Above 18 m wingspan and three hours on the ground, the airport requires parking authorisation before granting the slot. Smaller jets skip that layer entirely, which is why we usually quote them first.

Is Ibiza airport open at night?

In summer, yes — 24 hours. In winter it closes at midnight, with early-hours extensions possible on prior permission.
