Business jet charter and hire
A business jet is a private jet — the term the industry uses for the aircraft that carry executives, families and small groups on their own schedule. We arrange business jet charter and hire worldwide as an independent broker: no fleet of our own, so the only thing we recommend is the aircraft that fits your trip.
Business jet charter and business jet hire are the same thing
Charter and hire describe one arrangement: you book an aircraft and its crew for a specific trip, without owning or leasing anything. Whether you call it business jet charter, business jet hire or private jet rental, the shape is identical — a price per trip, an operator we vet, and a single advisor from first request to final approach. You fly when it suits you, from the airfield nearest you, and pay only for the trips you take.
What counts as a business jet
Business jets span the same classes as any private jet, from turboprops for short regional hops to ultra-long-range aircraft and VIP airliners for intercontinental travel. The right one depends on the route, the party size and the runway at each end. We set out the full range — seats, range and examples — in our guide to private jet types.
How much does a business jet cost?
A business jet is priced per trip, not per seat, and the hourly rate is only the start of the number. What you actually pay is built from the flying, then positioning, handling, landing, crew and tax. We quote all-in figures in euros, so there is no gap between the estimate and the invoice. The per-class hourly ranges and worked European examples sit in our private jet charter cost guide and the class-by-class cost per hour breakdown.
Hire a business jet for one trip or a season
Most clients charter ad hoc — a single flight, arranged in hours when the schedule demands. For repeat travel we arrange a run of flights under one relationship, so each trip is easier than the last. Either way there is no fleet to fill and no aircraft we are obliged to sell you. Where a route can be flown on a repositioning aircraft, we flag the empty leg and the saving that comes with it.
Why charter a business jet through a broker
We hold no aircraft, so we are free to source from a global network of EASA AOC-certified operators and recommend the right match on every route. One advisor stays with your trip throughout, with transparent pricing and per-flight operator vetting you can see. Discretion, availability and the details others miss are the work. To arrange business jet charter, request a quote or see the aircraft we charter.
