Madrid to Paris

Madrid–Paris is one of Europe’s cleanest business corridors: two capitals, a flight time short enough for a same-day return, and demand that runs on the corporate calendar rather than the seasons. Banking, energy and luxury-sector traffic dominates, with a leisure overlay around holiday weekends.

We arrange departures through Madrid’s executive aviation terminal and arrivals at Le Bourget, Paris’s dedicated business aviation airport. Block time is one hour and forty-four minutes for the 569-nautical-mile leg. Handling, catering and ground transport coordination at both ends are managed by us as part of the charter.

The super-light class carries this mission well. The Phenom 300E and Citation CJ4 take six passengers with briefcase-plus-overnight luggage without compromise; the PC-24 adds cargo flexibility if the trip involves samples or equipment. Stepping down to a light jet works for three or four travellers; stepping up to a midsize mainly buys cabin width for working en route.

Both ends sit inside Schengen, so there is no routine passport control: you drive to the aircraft in Madrid and to your car at Le Bourget. Carry ID regardless; passenger details are still provided to the operator in advance. For same-day returns we usually hold the same aircraft on the ground in Paris, which on this sector typically prices better than two separate one-ways and removes repositioning risk.

For this corridor, 24 to 48 hours’ notice is normally workable. Around major Paris event weeks, the air show at Le Bourget itself and the fashion calendar, allow longer.
